ELIXIR-CONVERGE Hackaton: Data Management & Stewardship 2022

There is large need for data stewards that aligns well with the European open science roadmap and data management plans requirements. For the training and education of data stewards there are many existing training materials and courses that are scattered around different specific topics and platforms. Data Management and Stewardship hackathon has an aim to identify and develop training curriculum for data stewards that would facilitate training and capacity building activites of the ELIXIR Training programme and help ELIXIR community in the area of data management. The hackathon activity will build on existing training materials and courses, on results of recent ELIXIR-CONVERGE WP2 DM/DS survey, on results of DM/DS Biohackathon 2020 and in tight connection to the RDMkit Data Life Cycle.
