ELIXIR Rare Diseases community partners survey

This survey has been created to identify possible contributions to the ELIXIR Rare Disease Use Case at the ELIXIR node and group levels. Results will be integrated, made availabe to the RD community and used to draft the Rare Disease RFP proposal.
